It is very important to identify the persons in the frame of a picture, always mention their titles and names, starting from the left to the right, indicated with L, and R in brackets before or after their name, or if you are to list the names, insert (L-R) before the list of names. If the subject is in the center of the photograph, indicate with a C. If a prominent person is one of the subjects of your picture, start with that person irrespective of their position. The rest of the people in the picture are listed from left to right.


If it is a group picture of more than five people, identification for each person is not necessary. If there is a photo of a prominent person with other people who are unidentifiable, we identify the subject of the photo and state that he is pictured with e.g. other delegates or members of an association, etc.
